If you were suddenly thrust into a war, what would you do? Teenager Amuro Ray’s life is shattered when conflict erupts at his home. Amid the chaos he finds himself piloting the mobile suit Gundam, the Earth Federation’s newly unveiled secret weapon, and manages to get it to work. Together with other refugees, Amuro flees their homeland aboard the warship White Base. This ragtag group of children and inexperienced soldiers will ultimately shape the outcome of the war.
