Doraemon Movie 22: Nobita to Tsubasa no Yuusha-tachi

When Nobita and his friends gathered at Shizuka’s house, they heard that several flocks of birds had gone missing. Believing the birds had been taken by winged creatures, Nobita became obsessed with the idea of flying. He fashioned mechanical wings, and during an experiment he encountered a real winged creature that emerged from a time‑space distortion. The creature, named Gusuke, asked for help. After assisting him, Nobita and his friends were drawn into the distortion and found themselves in Birdpia, the world where the winged creatures live.
