When KBS drama I'm Sorry, I Love You aired in 2004, it achieved high TV ratings, received critical acclaim, and quickly became a flagship of the Korean Wave. The tragic love story of Mu Hyeok (played by So Ji Sub, known for What Happened in Bali) and Eun Chae (played by Yim Soo Jung, known for Lump Sugar and I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK) turned its leads into stars and attracted a massive fanbase across Asia. Two years later, G&G Entertainment released a 35‑minute animated version titled **Between of One Year**, which compiles highlights from the original drama and adds new scenes depicting the final moments of Eun Chae and Mu Hyeok’s relationship. The script was supervised by Lee Kyung Hee, the writer of the original live‑action drama.
