One Piece Movie 09: Episode of Chopper Plus – Fuyu ni Saku, Kiseki no Sakura re‑imagines the Drum Island arc with new music and updated animation. In this version, Vivi is absent, while Nico Robin and Franky, who joined the crew after the original Drum Island story, are added. The film also features the Straw Hats’ new ship, the Thousand Sunny, and introduces a new character, Mushul, Wapol’s older brother, who appears to possess a Devil Fruit ability.
