Description
Ranma Saotome, the boy who turns into a girl whenever he is splashed with water, constantly has to fend off obsessed admirers. One of the most determined is Shampoo, a fierce warrior from a tribe of Chinese Amazons who attempts to kill girl Ranma but is defeated by boy Ranma. Following her clan’s customs, she then proposes marriage to him. The situation spirals when Shampoo falls into a cursed spring and is transformed into a cat, and it becomes even more chaotic when Mousse, who is in love with Shampoo, challengers Ranma to a duel over Ranma’s fiancée, Akane. Episodes 7–9 were originally intended to air between episodes 13 and 14 of the original series.
