Set amid the turbulent shogunate years, dark forces seek to undermine the shogun’s authority in Edo‑era Tokyo. Shirou Sumiya leads the “Way of the Paper Drawing” clan, whose rapid brush strokes capture the chaos of the conflict. Summoned to Edo, Sumiya and his disciples, who possess extraordinary powers through secret drawing techniques, join the ensuing battles against giant, drawn creatures.
