Description
Project Baton commemorates Yokohama City’s 150th anniversary on Planet Abel, where humans and robots coexist. One day a mysterious stowaway aboard a transport vessel attempts to invade the planet. He is discovered by Apollo (Hayato Ichihara), a humanoid robot, and Mikaru (Aya Ueto), a human who resembles a robot. The stowaway possesses a memory chip containing advanced camouflage software, the enigmatic “Cipher” OS. Apollo acquires the Cipher chip purely for amusement, unaware of the danger he is unleashing. He begins acting strangely, but Mikaru remains oblivious to the issue or to Cipher’s influence. What is Cipher, and what secrets does it hold? Apollo and Mikaru...
