Genius Party

An anthology of seven short animated films from Studio 4°C. The first short, Genius Party (directed by Atsuko Fukushima), follows a bizarre bird‑like creature that runs through a barren desert and discovers a smiling egg lying on the ground. The second short, Shanghai Dragon (directed by Shouji Kawamori), centers on an imaginative Chinese boy who finds a futuristic device that brings his drawings to life; soon after, his town faces an invasion by advanced spaceships and machines of mass destruction that are centuries ahead of Earth’s technology. The third short, Deathtic 4 (directed by Shinji Kimura), is set in a world full of zombies who lead their normal zombie lives.
