Description
Mikio Osawa is an ordinary fifth‑grade boy living in Osaka’s suburbs. He has a crush on Haruko Tezuka, a cute girl in his class, but his shyness prevents him from telling her how he feels. When his close friend Megane informs him that Haruko is moving to another town, Mikio’s world is turned upside down. *Kaede New Town* is a romantic comedy anime created by Osaka‑born illustrator Naoto Iwakiri. With charming characters and music composed by the Japanese band Aprils and singer‑songwriter TOMOVSKY, the series evokes the nostalgic warmth of a childhood hometown.
