Description

In the year C.E. 73, the second Battle of Yachin Due has ended the war between Naturals and Coordinators, but tensions between the two peoples reach an all‑time high. During a meeting between PLANT Chairman Gilbert Dullindal and Orb Representative Cagalli Yula Athha, a group of soldiers hijacks ZAFT’s newly developed Gundams. ZAFT operative Shinn Asuka, accompanied by his comrades aboard the ship *Minerva*, launches a sortie to prevent the hijacking. With the aid of Cagalli’s bodyguard, Athrun Zala, *Minerva* pursues the unknown vessel that seized the Gundams, only to encounter an even greater crisis that ignites the second Bloody Valentine war. (In March 2013, an HD remaster of the series began airing.)
