Description
Nine‑year‑old Melmo is left to care for her two younger brothers after her mother dies in a car accident. While grieving, she is visited by her mother’s spirit, who gives her a bottle of miraculous candy. The blue candy can transform her into an adult, the red candy into an infant, and combining them can reduce her to a fetus, after which she can morph into any animal she imagines. Drawing on an apparently inexhaustible supply, Melmo, along with her younger brother Toto, who unexpectedly turns into a frog in episode 7, and her grumpy mentor Dr. Nosehairs, uses the candies to tackle the various challenges that come her way.
